How long can a suspension last?

Timed suspensions use these duration tiers: 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 90 days, indefinite. The default timed suspension is 30 days, unless we tell you otherwise. When a timed suspension applies, we email the account contact with the end date.

Suspension vs deletion

While suspended, your data generally stays on file, but login and marketplace features may be blocked. Closing or deleting an account is a separate process with a 30-day grace period before anonymization. See Close or delete your account.

How to appeal

Email support@replaceme.ph with the subject "Account Appeal." We aim to acknowledge account appeals within 2 business days and will communicate next steps once the review is underway. While suspended, sign-in takes you to an Account Suspended notice (not the dashboard or onboarding) with the same support contact.
