Replaceme is where employers and Filipino remote talent meet, apply, and talk about real work. These guidelines keep that space professional, fair, and safe. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you use the platform, you agree to follow them.
Hiring works best when people show up with honesty and respect. We built Replaceme so teams can post genuine roles, workers can present their skills clearly, and both sides can message about opportunities without noise or fear.
We review job posts, scan in-app messages for serious safety signals, and give workers tools to report conversations that cross the line. Your part is simpler: treat every listing, application, and message as part of a professional workplace.
When you hire on Replaceme, hold yourself to these standards:
When you look for work on Replaceme, we ask the same professionalism in return:
These behaviors have no place on Replaceme and can lead to immediate action:
Agreeing how you will pay wages after a hire is normal on a matching marketplace. Using chat to run advance-fee fraud, steal credentials, or trick someone into sending money is not.
You must follow all laws that apply to your use of Replaceme. That includes Philippine labor and anti-discrimination rules (such as RA 10911), privacy law (RA 10173), and any domestic or international requirements that cover your hiring or work arrangement. Cross-border employers remain responsible for complying with the employment and equal-opportunity laws of the places where they hire.
These guidelines set community standards. Binding platform terms, liability, and detailed legal frameworks live in our Terms of Service. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We take reports seriously. Depending on what we find, we may warn you, remove content, restrict messaging or posting, suspend your account, or close it. Job posts that fail review (including discriminatory language) may be rejected with a reason category so you can fix and resubmit. In-app messages may be flagged automatically when they look like harassment, unsafe contact sharing, or scam patterns, and then reviewed by our team.
We aim to act proportionately and to protect people who report in good faith. If we suspend or close your account and you believe we got it wrong, email support@replaceme.ph. We acknowledge appeals as described in our account lifecycle practices and will tell you the next steps once a review is underway.
